Bio Abraham Mensah has a total of over fourteen (14) years’ experience in pipeline and subsea structural engineering and has been involved in onshore pipelines and subsea field development, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed engineering procurement construction and commissioning (EPCC), and operations and maintenance (O&M), including pipeline integrity management. His research interests include the deterministic, probabilistic, and stochastic assessment of corroded pipelines by employing machine learning techniques for surrogate modelling and reliability analysis to make informed risk-based decisions. Abraham received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2007 (from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana) and a Masters degree in Pipeline Engineering in 2015 (from Newcastle University, UK). He is presently in the final year of his Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering studies at the University of Aberdeen. |
