Laura Meneghetti is a Research Fellow at SISSA in the iNEST project. Previously, she studied Mathematics at the University of Padua, then moved to Trieste to obtain her PhD in Mathematical Analysis, Models, and Applications at SISSA. During her PhD, she specialized in studying neural networks for the problem of Object Recognition. In particular, she developed a mathematical method to reduce the space occupied by such networks to be integrated into embedded vision systems. Then she has been involved in other projects on Machine Learning and Data Science techniques.
