Vikas Rathore received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and communication engineering in 2015, from HNB Garhwal university, Srinagar, India and the M.Tech degree in Power electronics and electrical drives in 2018, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dhanbad, India. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the Center for Power Electronics and Mixed-Signal IC, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.
