My name is Nishant Saurabh. Currenty, I am a Ph.D. Researcher in the Distributed & Parallel Systems (DPS) Group at the Informatics Instititue, University of Innsbruck (UIBK), Austria. My Ph.D. supervisor is Dr. Radu Prodan who is an Associate Prof. at DPS and is leading the Cloud Computing Group.

Prior to this, I obtained my MSc. degree specialized in High Performance Computing at Computer Science department of Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

My research interests encompasses areas namely : Storage and resource management using multi-objective optimization approaches, and Interoperability in Federated cloud systems; Self adaptive distributed complex systems and its structural and behavioral analysis; and Smart networked storage of digital contents with underlying intelligent preservation and curation techniques including provenance tracking.
