Bio Manaswita Dutta, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences in the College of Health Sciences, Rush University. Dr. Dutta completed her doctoral studies at Indiana University-Bloomington. Her clinical and research interests include understanding the nature of cognitive-linguistic changes that occur as a result of aging and neurological damage. Further, she is interested in investigating the impact of such long-term cognitive-linguistic consequences on life participation and psychosocial outcomes of individuals with acquired brain injury. She is also interested in neurogenic communication disorders in bilingual adults. |
