INVITATION TO THE 1st INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SMART MACHINE AND INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING, TAIWAN
I was delighted to introduce you the 1st International Conference on Smart Machine and Intelligent Manufacturing (SMIM2017) which is a leading international forum to disseminate the most recent and relevant research, theories and practices on Industry 4.0. Following the global trend of Industry 4.0, the SMIM2017 conference will be hosted by the National Formosa University (NFU) on November 24-26, 2017 in Yunlin, Taiwan.
The SMIM2017 will provide a platform for the presentations and discussions from original contributions to the principles, processes, techniques and applications in the fields of Intelligent Machine/Robert (IM/IR), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, etc. All the contents are based on Cyber-Physical System (CPS) which is core concept of Industry 4.0. The SMIM2017 is developing a network of contacts with many researchers and practitioners around the world from industry and academia specialising in the machine tool, manufacturing and other related engineering disciplines.
National Formosa University (NFU) located in the middle of Taiwan is famous for its cutting edge Mechanical Engineering (Automation, Design, Power, Material, Computer-Aided, Aerospace, Vehicle, etc.) Particularly the middle region of Taiwan is also the main “Mechanical Valley” around the world, which includes more than 1000 related companies.
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the 1st International Conference on Smart Machine and Intelligent Manufacturing (SMIM2017). We look forward to seeing you in Taiwan in November 2017.
Conference Chairmen: Professor Wen-Yuh Jywe
