The ACM SIGUCCS annual conference brings together IT support professionals from academic institutions around the world to share ideas and experiences delivering information technology in aid of teaching, research, and administration.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The initial submission, which must be completed no later than March 8, consists of an abstract describing the subject matter of your paper or poster and indicating what you believe your colleagues can take from your presentation to enhance their work at their home institutions. Once your proposal has been accepted, you will draft the full paper or poster.

Venue
The conference will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana from November 3 to 6, 2019.
