“Building a platform for international success”
The 24th Annual Conference of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Logistics Research Network (LRN), will take place from 4-6 September 2019 at the University of Northampton.
As the UK prepares to leave the European Union on the 29 March, supply chain managers face unprecedented challenges in not only maintaining service levels but in continuing the pace of change that has affected global logistics and supply chain systems in recent years.
To promote integrated, sustainable operations, the 2019 Conference theme will focus on how researchers can assist policy makers and investors in developing the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chain infrastructure in its broadest sense: transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure, human capital and financial systems. The Conference will showcase the latest research in logistics and operations management, international shipping, trade, supply chain and procurement management available to industry professionals.
