Dear Colleagues:
We are now calling for submissions to the 25th International Symposium on Transportation and Traffic Theory (ISTTT25), which will be held July 15-17, 2024 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.
Since the first symposium at Michigan in 1959, the ISTTT series has been the premier gathering for the world’s transportation and traffic theorists, and for those who are interested in contributing to or gaining a deeper understanding of the field. The Symposium covers all scientific, fundamental and methodological aspects of transportation systems spanning all modes of transportation, while topics related to logistics, optimization, networks, safety and emerging technologies are also welcome.
Special issues at Transportation Research Part B: Methodological, Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies, and Transportation Science have been planned for ISTTT25. As per previous ISTTTs, we expect all papers accepted by ISTTT25 to be published in these three special issues.
To present a paper at this event, an extended abstract (2000–3000 words) should be submitted electronically (pdf format) at the online submission system by December 1, 2022. The extended abstracts need to provide sufficient (theoretical, mathematical or empirical) evidence to allow the reviewers to assess the contribution. The official language for the ISTTT is English. Further information about the symposium, topics of interest, and the important dates can be found on the conference website.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Ann Arbor, Michigan!
Sincerely yours,
Yafeng Yin, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
Henry Liu, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
Michael Zhang, University of California, Davis
