The ISEOH 2020 IS GOING VIRTUAL!

1. ISEOH 2020 is originally scheduled to take place on April 2020 in Miri, Sarawak Malaysia. In these uncertain times, the chairs decided to proceed the ISEOH 2020 in an online format via Zoom application. This will ensure that our online symposium is positioned to best engage our attendees and reach broader international participants.

Individuals who have already registered and paid for ISEOH 2020 Miri, will be automatically registered for the ISEOH 2020: Virtual and will be eligible to attend any of our pre-conference (ONE workshop session). We are also delighted to announce that you are entitled for 1 year membership for Environmental & Occupational Health Society FOR FREE.

2. The new meeting dates for the virtual event are 25^th (Wednesday) to 27^th (Friday) November, 2020. PLEASE REFER TO THE TENTATIVE PROGRAM AND FEES STRUCTURE HERE.

3. The-pre conference event will be held a day before the symposium. Virtual Presentation options are poster Presentations Or Oral Presentations.

4. All previously registered authors with accepted papers for oral or poster presentations are asked to prepare a video or powerpoint with voice and submit it to the scientific conference administrator (scientific.iseoh2020@gmail.com) at least 2 days prior to the symposium. Interested authors, researchers and industrial experts (who have not registered for the April event) are invited to submit their abstracts to the conference according to themes that best resonates with their technical background. The deadline for new submission of abstracts is 10th of November 2020. This abstract will need to be emailed to scientific.iseoh2020@gmail.com.

5. All presentation will be presented by the authors and chaired by a session chair in a thematic Zoom seminar room which will be followed by a few minutes of Questions and Answers. We would appreciate if authors can make sure to be available for the Q&A session.

Please note:

·Oral Presentations for all submissions are limited to 10 minutes of video or power point presentation and 2 minutes for possible Q&A.

·All Oral Presentations will be done through a video or powerpoint prepared by authors.

Attendees are permitted, and encouraged, to attend talks from co-located thematic conference room via Zoom. The thematic conference rooms are categorised into the following topics:

• Environmental Health Perspectives

• Occupational & Safety Health Perspectives

• Special Issues on COVID-19 **

**ALL COVID-related papers from the conference will be submitted for publications in the Asia Pacific Environmental and Occupational Health Journal (APEOHJ) (No publication fees required). All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The conference proceedings will be indexed by Google Scholar. Full Papers are limited to 8 pages and are more descriptive of the work that has been done. Also, more sections, images, graphs, and results could be presented.

6. For those who have paid the full conference package, We welcome you to attend a pre-conference workshop as a stand-alone course or to enrich your ISEOH 2020 Virtual experience for FREE. CEP points and HRDF are claimable.

The International Symposium of Environmental and Occupational Health (ISEOH) 2020 and 1st Forum of Entrepreneurship & Graduate Employability (FEGE 2020) will be held in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia from 6th April 2020 to 8th April 2020.

The theme of this symposium is "Industrial Revolution (IR) 5.0: Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH) Challenges and Solution beyond 2020"

Objective

ISEOH 2020 provides a platform for practitioners and researchers to meet and learn from each other. The objective of the conference is to embrace challenges and finding the solution to problem and issues related to environmental and occupational health.

Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following abstract categories are welcome:

Abstract for oral presentation describing academic research, research concept paper or industrial practices
Abstract for poster presentation describing academic research or industrial practices

Please use the given abstract template (click here) and upload it for submission in easychair. Deadline for abstract submission has been revised to 15th of April 2020.

Both types of abstract submission are given options for full paper publications based on reviewers' comments. Deadline for full paper submission is latest by 30th of April 2020.

Please be advised a small processing fee will be charged for publication in the supplementary issue in Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences (MJMHS) (Scopus-Indexed Journal)*

Publications

ISEOH 2020 proceedings will be published in the ISEOH 2020 Proceedings under the Asia Pacific Environmental and Occupational Health Journal (APEOHJ) (ISSN: 2462-2214).

All presenters will have the opportunity to publish full articles in our APEOHJ special issue due in 2020.

Selected papers which are subjected to peer-review will be published in the Malaysian Journal of Medicine and Health Sciences (MJMHS) (Scopus-Indexed Journal)*. The MJMHS is a Scopus-Indexed Journal published by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
