The International Mechanical Engineering Congress (IMEC) 2019 is aimed at providing a common platform to researchers, industry personnel, academicians, students and professionals to interact and discuss on diverse topics of sustainable development in Mechanical Engineering. The conference includes keynote lectures by experts from leading institutions, Research organizations and Industries. The conference will focus on today's technical challenges, research updates and breakthrough innovations that are shaping the future of Mechanical Engineering.

Submission Guidelines

IMEC 2019 welcomes original research papers (max 6 pages) which have not been submitted elsewhere in other Conferences and Journals. Papers should be submitted via easychair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=imec2019). The paper template can be downloaded from the conference website (http://imec2019.nitt.edu/). All submitted papers will undergo rigorous review process through subject experts. All accepted papers will be published in SCOPUS / SCI indexed journal / conference proceedings based on reviewer’s recommendation. We invite all the prospective authors to submit unpublished and original research articles in the following areas but not limited to.

The conference will be held in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NITT), Tamilnadu - 620 015, India. NITT is one among the premier Institutions of India and is well known for its high standards in teaching and research. It offers 10 Undergraduate and 23 Postgraduate programmes in the disciplines of Engineering, Science, Architecture and Management. It has been declared as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India under NIT Act. NITT retained its 1st position amongst its 31 counterparts in the country in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2019 Ranking (Engineering) released by the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development and also found place in top 10 engineering colleges in the country.
