The conference intends to take advantage of combining two scientific events assembling emergent and complementary domains related to engineering and management in production, quality and innovation, to create a highly stimulative environment for exchange of opinions and contributions. It aims to bring together worldwide prestigious scientists and young talented researchers, as well as representatives of important organizations from the socio-economic environment.
Papers will be peer-reviewed and the proceedings will be published in electronic format. The proceedings will be sent for indexing in Clarivate Analytics` CPCI, as in previous editions. Selected papers (after review) will be submitted for publication in renowned production research journals.

Venue
The conference will be held in Cluj-Napoca.
Cluj-Napoca is the most active city from scientific and cultural perspectives in . Located in the Northwestern region of Romania, the city was first attested during the Roman occupation of Dacia, in 106 A.D. Since the middle of the 16th century, the city became the main commercial center of Transylvania and one of the most important ones in Eastern Europe. Nowadays, 400.000 people call this city home.
