Submission Guidelines

All abstracts/papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Please submit an abstract latest by 31 July 2018. Selected authors may submit full-papers on or before 31 October 2018. The abstract written in English should not exceed 300 words excluding title, keywords and references.
