Introduction
The 2nd ICOBAME-2018: International Conference on Banking, Accounting, Management, and Economics will be held on November 14th (Wednesday) and 15th (Thursday), 2018 at Cavinton Hotel in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The theme of 2nd ICOBAME is Our Development: Social, Ethics, Environmental For Responsible Business. The conference will bring academia, practitioners, public office holder, researchers, and communities to participate in rich discussion and will provide a space towards a pooling of finding or contribution on the subjects discussed. This is the prominent conference that does not only contribute to the theory and knowledge enrichment, because it overcomes the impact of the society’s problem, such as social, ethics, and environment.
The ICOBAME conference will be held in every two years and the first ICOBAME in 2016 has the title: “The consequences of Asian Economic Community (AEC) Implementation on Banking, Business, and Economy”. The conference discussion on various relationship, impact, and cooperation as it relate to frame and implementation of ASEAN Economic Community. This conference invited academia, practitioners, public office holder, researchers and communities to discuss this vary topic. The process extends a rich discussion through the prism banking, business (accounting and management), and economy. The conference will provide food for to participant and to public.

- Discussing human resources: gender, inequality, culture, and diversity management in organization
- Discussing the role of banking and financial market: Macro-prudential banking (financial stability), constructive role of intermediaries on credit-based financing, long-term financial security and insurance, pension fund

The conference will be accessible for all approaches to the topics. The presentations or papers should be properly organised for the purpose of the conference. The papers could be a articulation of certain conceptual framework on development, a result of research, comparative look, a status of recent sectors in economy, and others topic that could qualify further the topic in discussion. The official language of the conference is English, Malay, and Indonesian. Abstracts and all seminar materials should be in English. Paper presentation should be in English, but presenters can present their paper in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. The conference through organising committee has the right to decide. The conference will be organized into:
Symposium paper section is a discussion forum about ethical, social, and environmental issues that from government, regulator, higher education, academic, business’s perspective. This section will be divided into plenary paper section and concurrent paper section.
Academic Colloquium forum provides an opportunity for students to share their thinking, on-going and proposed proposal, conceptual analyisis on ethical, social, and environment issues (e.g. technology on the use of GIS towards the mapping of SMEs, the implementation of corporate governance for reducing unresponsible business).
Community or Society Service forum provides an opportunity for academics to share their experience on community’s ethical, social, and environment development (taking stock on the assessing theory, looking into findings) e.g. experience in community activities on cooperatives or on waste-management.

Submission Guidelines
Submission is in MS Word for either abstract or full paper via the online submission and both of submission will become the subject of double-blind review within 14 days for abstract and full paper on issued acceptance or rejection or review notification. The submission of full paper must not be more than 5 (five) pages, including reference. If there is more than one author, the author who submit the abstract or full paper will become the corresponding author that responsible to his/her co-authors for all correspondences forwarding on acceptance /rejection emails.
To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:

All accepted abstract will be published in the conference proceeding (ISBN). All Papers that accepted on symposium section will be published in proceeding indexed by Scopus or Thomson Reuters or Prentice Site (subject to satisfactory revisions and the editors' approval). The conference has collaboration with several journals and papers are invited to submit their paper. Do not submit the manuscripts that have been previously published.
