Submission Guidelines
Abstracts may be submitted for presentation as an oral paper or as a poster presentation. 5-8 abstracts are selected by the program committee for oral presentations for each session. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentation.

Abstract Format

The abstract must not exceed one page. The page can be in A4 or Letter format but will be printed in Letter format.

The page size should be set at 8.5" (21.5 cm) wide x 11" (28 cm). The top margin must be at least 0.5" (1.25 cm) and the bottom

margin at least 0.5" (1.25 cm), with right and left margins of at least 0.5" (1.25 cm).

Use 10 point type with a standard font (e.g. Arial, Times New Roman, Helvetica).

Tables, graphs, images or references may be used but must fit within the page.
