This is the Second International Symposium on Future Information, Communication and Blockchain Technology (Future ICBT 2025). The advance smart applications based on future Information and Communication Technology would utilize all of continuously evolving and converging information and communication technologies, including Artificial Intelligent (AI), Cognitive Technologies and Applications, Transformative Computing, Blockchain Technology, Big Data, Data Ming, Digital Content Convergence, Multimedia Convergence, Smart Applications, Expert Systems, Embedded Systems, Mobile and Wireless Communications, Broadband Networks, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Bio-Inspired Computing, Grid and Cloud Computing, Semantic Web, User Experience and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Soft Computing, Smart Computing, Toy Computing, Security and Trust computing, Blockchain Technologies and thier Applications, Semiconductor Technology and Manufacturing Process based on Future Technological Development, Industrial Management and so on, for satisfying our ever-changing needs.
In the future world, ICBT will play a highly important role in convergence of fast computing together with high-speed communications, and all other smart computational sciences and application and ICT also will influence the future world's various areas, including science, engineering, industry, business, law, politics, culture, medicine, and so on. However, there still exits lots of challenges in future ICT. The advance smart applications based on future ICT and fast computing together with high-speed communication. Our symposium is intended to bring up the dissemination of state-of-the-art research in all future ICT areas, including their models, services, and novel smart applications associated with their utilization.
The symposium will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of the advance smart applications based on future ICT and the relative Security. The symposium will publish high quality papers, which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in the area of the advance smart applications based on future ICT and the relative communications and networks. In addition, we expect that the symposium and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Authors are invited to submit original papers: they must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or have submitted in parallel to any other conferences that have proceedings. An accepted paper must be registered before the registration deadline and presented at the symposium. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of the paper from the symposium proceedings and the program.

1. REGISTRATIONS (Before 17:00 pm August 28, 2025 on Taiwan Time Zone GMT+8).
Each author should be required to register the Future ICBT 2023, individually. For example, there are three authors for one accepted paper, then each author of them should register herself or himself via the web-link by using Google below (Pending).
2. This Symposium has received the funding full support form National Science and Technology Council (國家科學委員會), R.O.C. Thus, the registration fee should only pay the cost for each accepted paper in the proceedings indexed by ACM digital library or IEEE digital library. (pending)
3. Dear authors, We are pleased to inform you that your paper is accepted to present at the second international symposium on Future ICBT 2025: The First International Symposium on Future Information, Communication and Blockchain Technology.
Please strictly follow the instructions of the format specified in the conference template(https://reurl.cc/nLkeA8) while preparing your Camera-Ready version paper. You are encouraged to submit a minimum 4~8 page papers before 27th midnight Taiwan time August 28 2025 for the index conference proceedings. Next, please submit your camera-ready version to the submission web-link below.

A. From the THSR-Taichung Station to AU
First, find the bus stop at Exit 6 on the 1st floor at the station, and take shuttle bus No.151 to AU.
B. From the Taichung Railway Station to AU
First, take any train to Taichung Railway Station, and find the bus station across the station, then take Taichung City Bus No. 201 or 108 to Wufeng, and it takes 30 minutes to AU.
C. Others
To reach the school by bus, take 6322、6871、6899 and get off at Guangfu-Xingcun Stop, and transfer with Bus No. 201、108、151 to reach AU.
