第二十三届全国信息检索学术会议（The 23nd China Conference on Information Retrieval, CCIR2017）由中国计算机学会（CCF）和中国中文信息学会（CIPS）联合主办，由华东理工大学承办，将于2017年7月13日-14日在上海召开。现面向全国征集与大会主题相关的学术论文。
The 23rd China Conference on Information Retrieval (CCIR 2017), co-organized by the Chinese Computer Federation (CCF) and the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS), will be hosted by the East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, China on July 13th to 14th. CCIR serves as the major forum for researchers and practitioners from both China and other Asian Countries/Regions to share their ideas, present new research results and for the demonstrate new systems and techniques in the broad field of information retrieval (IR).
CCIR 2017 will include abundant academic activities. Besides keynote speeches delivered by world renowned scientists from China and abroad, traditional paper presentation session and Poster session, we also continue to host the evaluation workshop on text sentiment analysis. The conference also contains doctoral mentoring forums, young scientist forum, and tutorials on frontier research topics. We will invite authors in related international conference (such as SIGIR, WWW, WSDM, CIKM) to share their research results as well. To make the communication between attendees more convenient, the conference will adopt single session mechanism, make use of the social media for online communication and broadcast part of the event live.
CCIR 2017 invites the submission of original research papers either in Chinese or in English. We welcome original and innovative technical papers on concepts, algorithms, systems, standards, testing & evaluation, applications, and industrial case studies related to information retrieval.

本次会议将接收英文论文。论文必须是未公开发表过的。
中文论文：格式要求参照中文信息学报：http://www.cipsc.org.cn/jsip/tougao.php，全文不超过8000字。所有被CCIR2017录用的中文论文将以论文摘要集的形式发放给与会者，被录用的论文将择优推荐到《计算机学报》、《计算机研究与发展》等期刊的正刊上发表； 会议还将评出优秀学生论文。
英文论文：英文格式要求参照Springer的论文模板，长度在8页之内。录用论文将由Springer LNCS或LNAI出版，并向JCST推荐
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit complete and unpublished papers in English or in Chinese.
Chinese paper: Submissions in Chinese should follow the format of Chinese Information Journal: http://www.cipsc.org.cn/jsip/tougao.php. The full text including abstracts should be no more than 8000 words. All the abstracts of accepted paper in Chinese will be collected and distributed to the attendees. The accepted paper will be recommended to be published on the journal of Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Computer Research and Development. The conference will also grant best papers and best student papers awards.
English paper: Submissions in Chinese should follow the the LNCS formatting instructions ( http://www.springer.com/cn/computer-science/lncs) of Springer, without exceeding eight (8) pages. The accepted papers will be published by Springer LNCS or LNAI and selected papers will be recommended to JCST (Journal of Computer Science and Technology).

- 在线/移动社会网络的结构分析与社区挖掘；
- 移动互联网、物联网的信息检索与挖掘
Relevant topics include, but are not limited to the following:

- Digital libraries, enterprise search and IR related industry applications
- Cross and multi-lingual IR, machine translation or natural language understanding related to IR tasks.
- Multimedia retrieval including video, image, voice, music and others
- Search and mining on forums, blogs, Weibo, WeChat and other social media
- Text mining, text categorization, text clustering, sentimental analysis and related machine learning methods
- Text filtering, collaborative filtering and recommendation systems
- Automatic Text Summarization, information extraction, topic detection and topic tracking
- KB-based question answering, question and conversational search and dialogue;
- Personalized IR, social IR technology and IR related privacy technology
- Structure analysis and community mining of online or mobile social network
- IR applied to Mobile Internet and Internet of Things
