ARGENCON 2018: Congreso Bienal de IEEE Argentina 2018 Universidad Nacional de Tucumán San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, June 6-8, 2018

Welcome to the site of the IEEE ARGENCON 2018. It will take place in San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina during June 6-8, 2018.

IEEE ARGENCON 2018 is the fourth edition of the biennial congress organized by the IEEE Argentina Section. In the previous editions it has achieved great interest from the scientific and technological community, disseminating and exposing recent results of research and developments in different areas of engineering, such as electrical engineering, electronic engineering, computer engineering, biomedical engineering and industrial engineering. 

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers are for mature work, requiring detailed explanations of the conceptual background, methodology and data analysis. Full paper submissions should include: 
  • The major issues addressed. 
  • The theoretical and methodological approaches pursued.
  • Major findings, conclusions, implications.
  • Relevant references.
  • The relevance to the topics of the conference should be made clear.
• Posters are for work that is in early stages and for novel and promising ideas. The abstract should identify the aspect of the work that will likely lead to productive discussions with conference participants in a poster session.
