The Grudis conferences currently occupy a prominent place in accounting research in Portugal. Since its creation in 2001, the Grudis Accounting Research Network has made an important contribution to the promotion of research, being the conferences the main moment of interaction among members. The XXII Grudis Conference and Doctoral Colloquium will take place at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra [FEUC], on January 27th and 28th 2023. The Grudis Conference will be preceded by a Doctoral Colloquium and is supported by the European Accounting Association (EAA) under its National Associations Initiative. We expect that, after two years of online events, 2023 will brings us again to face-to-face meetings and socializing. Both the Conference and the Doctoral Colloquium will be run in English (the official language of the event). However, papers and research projects written in English and Portuguese will be accepted.

The submission of the works must be made, as in previous years, by attaching a file in PDF format, in which:

The information about the authors will be uploaded by the authors themselves, when submitting the paper.
- Submitted papers/projects should not exceed 15 000 words.
- In parallel, the full papers, with identification of the authors, should be sent to the conference email conference@grudis.pt, in order to be made available before the conference, in a closed system, to participants.
