Hi,

We invite you for the submission of original contribution for the Third International Workshop on Applied Artificial Intelligence (WAAI). WAAI is an annual event intended to be an important forum of the Artificial Intelligence community, organized by the Grupo GEMIS of the National Technological University (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional), Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The workshop aims at providing a forum for researchers and AI community members to discuss and exchange ideas and experiences on diverse topics of AI. It also seeks to strengthen a space for discussion of innovative ideas, development of emerging technologies and practical experiences related to Artificial Intelligence in general and each of its technologies in particular.

Submissions are invited on both applications of AI and new tools and foundations. WAAI will be part of the Fifth International Conference on Applied Informatics (ICAI), organized by Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas and Universidad Continental, Peru.

Submission Guidelines and DATES

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Authors must submit an original full paper (12 to 15 pages) that has not previously been published. All contributions must be written in English.

Authors must follow CEUR styles either for LaTeX or for MSWord (http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEURART.zip) for the preparation of their papers. We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign an Author Agreement form.

Presentation and Publication

Accepted papers will be presented during the workshop. Authors are required to prepare a presentation of 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session of 5 minutes. In case authors want to present using their own device, they need to make sure to bring the necessary adaptors (HDMI or VGA). All presentations must be given in English.

WAAI 2022 proceedings will be published online in the CEUR Workshop Proceedings.

Venue and DATES

ICAI 2022 will be held at the Universidad Continental located in Arequipa, Peru, from 27 to 29 October 2022 in BLENDED form (i.e., with the option to participate remotely online).
