Vimarsh is International Conference Series of Shanti Business School, Ahmedabad. The theme for IInd International Conference is “Value Creation for Business and Society”. Team Vimarsh invites leaders, practitioners, and academicians to come together and exchange views, share and learn from each other regarding the problems, potential and the real-life uses of value creation. Participation is through research papers on any topic related to the main theme or any of the sub-themes or any other contemporary issue of relevance. The conference is structured to look at value creation in terms of a set of functional domains and special perspectives. The conference will provide relaxed and purposeful opportunities to talk about the latest thinking on value creation for improving the worth of companies and to embed a value creation leadership style going far beyond traditional management mindset. We welcome fresh and thought-provoking approaches to value creation.
