V-RACA ’20-International Conference on Recent Advances in Computation and Automation is organised by the Vellore Institute of Technology -Andhra Pradesh between 10-12th January 2020 with Technical Co-sponsorship by IEEE Hyderabad Section. It aims to provide an expansive inclusion and sharing of current primary research in computation and automation among scientists, scholars, and specialists, from academia and industry. The theme of V-RACA '20 is to identify the recent advances in computation and automation. The conference further intends to publish unique, critical, and visionary papers in this field portraying recent scientific techniques and innovations. .
Submission Guidelines
Full papers should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and are limited to six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, references and appendices (two additional pages are allowed with a per-page extra fee). Short papers, limited in length to four (4) pages, should be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, showcase early research results, and explore novel research directions.
All submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication, should be written in English and formatted according to IEEE Template. IEEE specification based Latex and MS-Word templates for paper submission are available: (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
Please note that, V-RACA reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g removal from publication) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Publication
We will have a 33% acceptance rate and each accepted paper will have 3 reviewers. The V-RACA Technical Program Committee (TPC), recruited by the Technical Program Chair, collaborates to review and discuss submitted papers. Review occurs during a fixed window of time and all authors are notified of the decision on their paper at the same time. The Technical Program Chair is ultimately responsible for the selection of every accepted paper. V-RACA publications use the single-blind review format. During the peer review process, editors and reviewers are considering for:
The scope of the article appropriate for this conference publication. The original material distinct from previous publications. The study is validated well and executed. The data reported are analysed, and interpreted correctly. The ideas are expressed clearly, concisely, and logically. All ethical and journal requirements are meeting. Advanced contribution to the field.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the V-RACA-2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore® an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event, qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE V-RACA-2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
