Short STORIES Symposium 2020 is an inaugural conference held at the University of Oxford Deparment of Education that provides students with an opportunity to get feedback on their research ideas, whether dissertation-related or pertaining to completed projects. As such, research at all stages will be accepted. The conference will be held in 7th Week, Trinity Term.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and generated by students/research staff at the University of Oxford Department of Education. To present at SSS2020, please submit an abstract of no more than 250 words that has the following:
- Research Question(s)
- Description of sample population
- Overview of topic/theoretical framework
- Summary of Methods/Analysis (proposed/actual)
- Report of Findings (if applicable)
When submitting your abstract, please indicate whether the preferred format of the presentation is an oral presentation, poster presentation or panel discussion by including "ORAL", "POSTER", or "PANEL" in the title of your submission. Also, if you are interested in presenting your research in an engaging alternative setting, please let us know by indicating required materials in your abstract.
