National Level Student Research Symposium

Department of Computer Science (PG) of Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) is planning to organize a unique event Student Research Symposium to disseminate new knowledge acquired through research conducted by the academic community. The symposium also promotes healthy interaction between the students and research scholars of various Institutes. The main objective of this symposium is to provide a forum which allows exchanging knowledge, experience, results and information related to various aspects of emerging technologies. Student Research Symposium includes Technical sessions and Paper Presentations. All the Accepted Presented papers will be published in International Journal of Computer Applications(IJCA).
The scope of the symposium covers paper presentations on scientific, technological and practical concepts and offers a unique opportunity for students to meet and exchange ideas. Authors are solicited to contribute to the Research Symposium by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the following areas, but are not limited to: Roof Computing, Fog Computing, Block Chain, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Parallel Computing, Cloud Computing, Data Mining, Text Mining, Web Mining, Image Processing, Big data Analytics, Bio-inspired computing
We invite Masters and Engineering (MCA, M.Sc, M.E, M.Tech, M.Phil, B.E., B.Tech.,) students to submit original unpublished contributions for presentation. Plagiarism in any form will lead to outright rejection of the paper.
Authors are requested to submit their papers through the following link provided on or before August 27, 2018. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated in this symposium. The papers should be based on original work that should typically include a clear description of the problem being addressed, overview of and comparison to related work, the theoretical framework/model proposed by the authors, experimental results, and conclusions. Papers will be reviewed by a review committee which will ensure that only quality papers with originality and novelty are accepted for presentation in the conference.
Submission Guidelines
- Papers should be a maximum of 8 pages and must be prepared in IEEE double column format
- Maximum 3 authors per paper are allowed.
- Authors can download the paper template to submit the papers from the following: www.kristujayanti.edu.in/srs/template.docx
- All the accepted and presented papers of the duly registered authors will be published in International Journal of Computer Applications(IJCA) and the best paper will be duly awarded.

- Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
Publication
SRS 2018 proceedings will be published in IJCA (International Journal of Computer Applications)
