Submission deadline | April 30, 2018 |
The ACSIC Symposium on Frontiers in Computing (SOFC) provides an open forum for researchers to present, exchange, and learn new ideas and technologies, and strengthen collaborations to address challenges in computing and communications.
All accepted papers will appear in the online proceedings. The program committee will select a small number of papers for short oral presentations. The majority of the accepted papers will be presented as posters.
Topics of Interest
Research papers can cover all areas of interest on frontiers in computing and communications. Papers can describe the previous work so that colleagues in different areas can learn about the progress on a certain topic. We also enthusiastically invite submissions presenting information about new or ongoing work (introducing provocative/controversial ideas) to stimulate discussion/debate and attract potential collaborations.
Submission Guidelines
All submissions should follow the ACM two-column format (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template). Each submission should be at least two pages. There is no limit on the maximum number of pages. Papers are submitted via the submission website (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sofc2018).
The program committee will review and evaluate all submitted papers based on their quality and clarity. The committee will select the papers and posters for presentation at SOFC 2018.
