Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, India is organizing this international conference in collaboration with Middlesex University, Dubai on the theme "Sustainability", "Entrepreneurship", "Equity", and "Digital Strategies" which is an acronym for SEEDS 2023. At SEEDS 2023, experts will discuss ways to promote sustainability through eco-friendly practices, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture. There will be a focus on circular economy models that reduce waste, promote reuse, and minimize environmental impact. The goal is to ensure that future generations can enjoy a healthy planet and a high quality of life.

The entrepreneurship component of the SEEDS theme emphasizes the role of innovation in driving economic growth and creating job opportunities. Speakers will explore how digital technology is enabling new business models, such as sharing economy platforms, and how entrepreneurs can leverage technology to create value for society. The focus will be on promoting innovation, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating a favorable ecosystem for startups to thrive.

The equity component of the SEEDS theme highlights the need to create a more inclusive and equitable society. Experts will discuss ways to promote equity through education, healthcare, affordable housing, and other initiatives. A key focus will be on addressing systemic inequalities that prevent people from realizing their full potential, such as discrimination based on race, gender, or socioeconomic status. The goal is to ensure that everyone has access to the opportunities and resources they need to succeed.

The digital strategies component of the SEEDS theme recognizes the transformative role of technology in shaping our world. Experts will discuss the potential of digital technology to promote economic growth, enhance productivity, and improve quality of life. Topics such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Intelligent Things will be explored, and the focus will be on how to leverage technology to create a better future for all.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Full papers/Extended Abstracts

a) All papers submitted for presentation at the SEEDS must contain original research that has not been previously presented or scheduled for presentation, published, or accepted for publication and if under review, must not appear in print before the Conference.

b) Full paper should be at most 7000-8000 words (including tables, figures, notes, and references). The selected papers will be invited for presentation at the conference and will be considered for the Best Paper Award.

c) The extended abstract of the paper should be at most 1500-3000 words (including tables, figures, and references). The extended abstract must cover the following aspects– extended abstract of the empirical paper: study hypotheses (if applicable), brief literature review, the methodology adopted, results, and implications for theory and practice.

d) The extended abstract of the conceptual or review paper must include a description of the relevant literature and some preliminary ideas for the theoretical contribution.

e) Papers/extended abstracts that do not follow the above instructions will not be reviewed.

g) Authors must submit a full paper to be eligible for best paper awards. Only high-quality papers will be eligible for the best paper award.

Important points to consider at the time of submission preparation:

a) The full paper/extended abstract/ case study must have a short abstract of 100-200 words with three to five keywords.

b) Papers should be written in English and submitted in Word/PDF format.

c) Figures, graphs, tables, references, and appendices should follow standard reference style.

d) Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, 1-inch (2.5cm) margin all around, and 8.5"x 11"-page setting.

e) The paper should follow APA 7th edition formatting guidelines.

f) The cover page of the paper should include the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s), their affiliation(s), and contact details. Papers/extended abstracts/Case studies that do not follow the above instructions will NOT be reviewed.
