The International Symposium on Parallel Architectures, Algorithms and Programming (PAAP) provides a major forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest research results and development activities in all aspects of parallel architectures, algorithms and programming techniques. Following the successful PAAP’08 in Hefei, PAAP’09 in Nanning, PAAP’10 in Dalian, PAAP’11 in Tianjin, PAAP’12 in Taipei, PAAP’14 in Beijing, PAAP’15 in Nanjing, PAAP’17 in Haikou, PAAP’18 in Taipei, PAAP’19 in Guangzhou, PAAP’20 in Shenzhen, PAAP’21 in Xi’an, PAAP’22 (virtual), PAAP’23 will be held in Beijing, China, November 24-26, 2023. We devoutly wish participants to learn the basic theory of a gradual approach, practical experimental data, new business models, and the latest academic trends from this conference. We are planning a hybrid conference format, with a physical conference in Beijing along with a virtual option that makes remote attendance possible for those who need it.
PAAP2023 will be organized by Beijing Jiaotong University. Directly under the Ministry of Education, BJTU is a national key university featuring transportation engineering. According to the latest ESI report, BJTU has 5 disciplines listed in the top 1% of ESI, of which computer science ranks 91st in the world. In the Fourth National Assessment of First-level disciplines, 5 disciplines at BJTU have been rated A. System Science is rated A+, ranking #1 nationwide, Information and Communication Engineering A, Transportation Engineering A-， Business Administration A-, and Computer Science and Technology A-.
Submission Guidelines
Paper Submission Guidelines-Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Papers should include abstract, keywords, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author, and must not exceed 6 pages of the double column, including tables, figures and references. Authors should consult IEEE’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates for the preparation of their papers. IEEE encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
1. English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. The only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered.
3. Prior to making the submission, please prepare your full paper or abstract according to the template. Submissions should follow the template of IEEE conference proceedings available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
4. The submission will be confirmed and assigned a Paper ID by the conference secretary from paap2023@163.com within 3 working days after submission.
In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to IEEE. Each paper will be reviewed by at least 3 prominent researchers who are conversant in parallel computing and information security.

Submissions to PAAP2023 will be peer-reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, clarity, etc. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE, which will be included into IEEE Xplore and submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference.
