Similar to the first OPAL conference, the 2nd International Conference on Optics, Photonics and Lasers (OPAL' 2019) will incorporate the following three symposiums covering a broaden range in optics, photonics and lasers, and provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and present latest advancements in these areas. The OPAL 2019 will be organized by IFSA.
The purpose of OPAL’ 2019 is bring together leading international researchers, engineers and practitioners interested on any of the optical related technologies. The conference will offer plenary and invited talks, contributed oral and poster presentations, special sessions, tutorials, and exhibitions of commercial products. Social and cultural events will also take place to foster networking among the participants in a friendly manner.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

OPAL' 2019 conference proceedings will be published by IFSA Publishing, S.L. (flash drive edition, ISBN) before the conference. Selected and extended papers will be published after the conference in a special issue of Sensors & Transducers open access journal (ISSN 2306-8515, e-ISSN 1726-5479). The limited number of full-page papers published in the Sensors & Transducers journal will be selected by the Editorial Board to be extended as book chapters for the 'Advances in Optics: Reviews', Vol. 5 open access Book Series, published by IFSA Publishing, S.L. (Barcelona, Spain).
