The edited volume on "Online learning Systems: Methods and applications with Large Scaled Data" will focus on Online learning Systems along with methods and applications linked with large scaled heterogeneous data. Obviously the Online learning systems in the present situation invites big challenges due to increasing changes in technology, the large scaled data to be stored and manipulated as well as the large number of learners and the diversity of educational resources. In such situation, e-learning platforms should change their mechanisms for data processing and storage to be more efficient and smarter. This book will be primarily linked towards efficiency measurement of online learning systems along with the methodology and application of large scaled data. In this pandemic situation, it is also highly essential to carry out and monitor the appropriate education as well as to share adequate knowledge and education to the future generation. In this context, the online education has already obtained maximum popularity among working professionals and students pursuing higher education. The mechanisms associated with the online education involve in setting of own goals, tracking progress as well as meeting deadlines. Also the technology includes the visual experience used interactively for effective learning and communication. It has the opportunities for the learners from the weaker socioeconomic communities with limited access to learning resources and connects them to a global network of online learners, exposing them to new perspectives. The step in receiving an education is now emerging with the technology with ample of options to obtain the online facilities. Although it is understood that in some cases the online education eliminates the ability to have that face-to-face interaction also creates more of a monologue rather than dialogue, but still in this pandemic situation, there is no way left out. All the factors, including methods and applications will be focused on this book.
