Nordic AI meet is a pan Nordic initiative to bring the PhD students from the Nordic countries together on a single platform to exchange research ideas and build collaboration.
Submission Guidelines
Young researchers in the field of AI, Machine Learning and Robotics are invited to submit a short abstract for their current ongoing research work or past published research or research focus of their PhD studies. The researchers will be selected on the basis of the short abstract and will be invited to give a short talk or present a poster during the Nordic AI meet. Nordic AI meet is an annual symposium for young researchers from the Nordic region.
Submission Format
Please refer to the abstract template while preapring your abstract. Please follow the template instructions as evaluation is strictly based on the indicated parameters.
During the submission you can also indicate if you are interested in publishing your (previously unpublished) work as a scientific paper in the Nordic Machine Intelligence Journal.
Deadlines
Please make sure you submit the abstract using easychair by 20th of August 2021 midnight , (new deadline) 31st August 2021, (Final Deadline) 3rd September 2021.
Shortlisted candidates would be invited to present physically during the meeting and results would be announced on our website by 10th 24th of September 2021.
Those who opt to publish the paper in the Nordic Machine Intelligence Journal would need to submit the full paper by 1st November 2021.
Who Should Apply
We encourage PhD students and young researchers from the Nordic countries to apply. Your research should be linked with the topic of AI, Machine Learning and Robotics. The purpose of Nordic AI Meet is to provide a platform for the young researchers to learn and exchange notes with top experts and peers and build cross border collaboration.
Evaluation
The abstracts will be evaluated by the program committee of the Nordic AI Meet and the best candidates would be invited for presenting the papers and posters.
