NRNSI 2021 is a key node in the exchange of scientific and practical knowledge and experience necessary for the implementation of the space vector of development through non-rocket industrialization of near-orbital space.
It brings together scientists, researchers, developers, and representatives of public organizations who are interested in solving the problem of “improving technocratic humanity in harmony with nature”.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (virtual & offline).
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 6 pages, written in English, in PDF format and compliant with the IEEE standard with 3-5 keywords. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere.
