The NLM Curation at Scale workshop will bring together biocurators, developers of automated curation methods, and other stakeholders. This workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the current status of biomedical data curation, share your research and challenges, and discuss the implementation of advanced computational techniques in scientific data curation.
We welcome participants from academia, government, publishers, and industry interested in the methods and tools employed in curation of biomedical data. All participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for consideration for poster presentation.
Online registration for the NLM workshop on Curation at Scale 2020 is free and open to all. Registration is required for in-person attendance only. No registration is needed for joining the event via webcast (see left sidebar for detailed information).
Poster abstract submission deadline: extended to March 16, 2020
Registration deadline: April 17, 2020
Submission Guidelines
We accept Posters describing work related to:
- data curation
- curation of model organisms
- new automatic curation methods, analysis and tools
- gold standard data creation
- etc...
Presenters should give a title, abstract and list of authors. A Paper upload option is provided to either submit a short abstract containing figures or a recent paper pertaining to the topic.
