LTAC-HU 2019 is a refereed conference dedicated to the topic "Technology and Human Interaction in Language Assessment". It is hosted jointly by Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary and the Nyelvtudásmérők Egyesülete. The conference will take place on 20 September, 2019. The aim of the conference is to provide opportunities for language assessment experts, academics, researchers, language assessment professionals (representatives of professional organizations), PhD students who have completed research in language assessment, and language teachers to meet and discuss language assessment related issues. We invite proposals for regular 20-minute-long conference or work-in-progress presentations. The working language of the conference is English, but we also welcome contributions in Hungarian. We are looking towards the publication of a collection of papers presented at the conference, and we can refund the travel expenses of those conference presenters who live outside Budapest.

- Human interaction and computerized measurement (CBT, CAT).
- Stakeholders vs technology in assessment.
- Relationship between technology and assessment purposes.
- User acceptance or acceptability of technology in assessment.
- Challenges and opportunities posed by the introduction of technology in assessment.

- A gépi technika (technológia) hatása a vizsgafejlesztésre, a vizsgáztatás folyamatára és az értékelésre.
- Az interakció emberi jellege és a gépi értékelés (CBT, CAT).
