Submission Guidelines
KSS2019 will accept various contributions, which should be written in right English.
- Full papers for scientific and practice contributions
should not exceed 15 pages including abstract,figures and references. Please include a 150 word abstract and 3-6 keywords best describing the paper. Submissions should be formatted according to the guidelines of Lecture Notes in Computer Science at Springer Verlag. Please submit your contribution as a PDF through the EasyChair system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kss2019
All full-length submission will be double-blinded reviewed by at least 3 technical committee members. Please do remove information, such as authors names, affiliations, email addresses, from the manuscripts. Cross-similarity check will also be conducted under Springer's requirements. Submission with high cross similarity will be rejected directly.
At this category, long abstract no less than 2 pages with keywords and references will also be reviewed simultaneously together with full papers. Based on the review comments, some long abstracts will be recommended to extended to full-length papers and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (open-access) for quick review and publication.
- (Simple) Abstracts
Please submit one A4-sized with around 1000 words to describe your research or practice. This item is only for those who just want to make a presentation at KSS2019. All accepted abstracts with registerred authors will be included in one conference brochure provided to all conference participants in print. The abstract submission at easychair will be reopened after full-length paper notification.

June 30July 31: Deadline for full-length (less than 15 pages) submission
August 20August 25: Notification of acceptance (to proceedings)
Proposal for special sessions
September 1September 10: Author Registration (at least one author of accepted papers)
(Only registerred authors will be provided the formal invitation letter by local host)
September 4September 13: Final version of accepted full-length papers;
September 4September 30: Deadline for simple abstracts and abstracts from special sessions
(Special session organizers provide simple introduction and list of presentations together with abstracts)
September 9October 5: Notification of simple abstracts and special session acceptance
(Abstract authors need to register as abstract authors so as to get the invitation letter from local host.)

KSS2019 proceedings (reviewed full length papers) will be published as one volume of Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) with Springer. Selected published papers will be recommended to one special issue of Journal of Systems Sciences and Systems Engineering (Springer, SCI journal) after KSS2019. Accepted long abstracts (1000 words above) will be recommended to be extended and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (open-access).
