The 19th International Symposium on Knowledge and Systems Sciences (KSS2018) is the annual meeting by the International Society for Knowledge and Systems Sciences. The theme of KSS2018 is
Knowledge Acquisition from Structured and Unstructured Data for Effective Social Implementation.
Submission Guidelines
KSS2018 will accept various contributions, which should be written in right English.
- Full papers for scientific and practice contributions
should not exceed 15 pages including abstract,figures and references. Please include a 150 word abstract and 3-6 keywords best describing the paper. Submissions should be formatted according to the guidelines of Lecture Notes in Computer Science at Springer Verlag. Please submit your contribution as a PDF through the EasyChair system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kss2018
All full-length submission will be double-blinded reviewed by at least 3 technical committee members. Please do remove information, such as authors names, affiliations, email addresses, from the manuscripts. Cross-similarity check will also be conducted under Springer's requirements. Submission with high cross similarity will be rejected directly.
At this category, long abstract no less than 2 pages with keywords and references will also be reviewed simultaneously together with full papers. Based on the review comments, some long abstracts will be recommended to extended to full-length papers and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (open-access) for quick review and publication.

Please submit one A4-sized with around 1000 words to describe your research or practice. All abstracts will be included in one conference brochure provided to all conference participants in print. This item is only for those who just want to make a presentation at KSS2018. KSS2018 proceedings (reviewed full length papers) will be published as one volume of Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) with Springer. Accepted long abstracts (1000 words above) will be recommended to extended and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (open-access).
