ABOUT BIHER
Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) was started in Tamil Nadu in 1984 by Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust, established by the academic visionary Dr.S.Jagathrakshakan. The Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) was then brought under the ambit of Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) in January 2003. In 2018, BIHER ranked 2nd among many other prestigious institutes in India by NIRF, and appreciated by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade. The institute provides enormous number of opportunities for student development and research. Having several international tie ups with colleges and institutes around the world, this institute is providing the best chances for students with international exposure. BIHER has already organized several student exchange programs with institutes in Russia, Malaysia and more.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
On behalf of organizing committee and Advisory members, we take the immense pleasure in inviting participants around the world to attend the "International Conference on Robot Psychology" will be held on 20 march 2020.
This conference is based on the theme of, “human-robot psychological synergy, development of psychology in robotic applications, opportunities in the sector of robotics”. It covers on the topic of robopsychology, the correlation between the robot and human beings.
Robopsychology is the study is the study of personalities and behavior of intelligent machines. This conference gives the opportunity to learn new things and understand the current situation of the market and provide a prominent platform by gathering professors, researchers, students, and delegates to exchange new ideas.
PAIR LAB
PAIR lab is a place of excellence produced by the combination of intense research and work over the projects. This lab deals with the Psycho-Social Aspects in Robotics (PAIR). The intervention of the psychological aspects over the interaction between the robots and humans is the point of interest, which is analysed and researched in the PAIR lab.
PAIR lab is equipped with the latest and abundant tools at the disposal of students/researchers. It is being constantly upgraded with latest technological equipment and tools for helping students to keep up with today’s advancements in the sector of robotics. Researchers are provided with computers and internet facilities for the sole purpose of their uninterrupted research and analytical work.
Students of BIHER have worked their ideas and took their talent in passion to next level. Over the past decade, projects done in the PAIR lab by the students and researchers have bagged several prizes and awards in the international platform. This lab will continue to serve the passion, talent of the bright minds of BIHER and nurture them to success for an indefinite time into the future.
ABOUT RRC
Robotics is the branch of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science that deals with the design, construction, operation, and application of robots, as well as computer systems for their control, sensory feedback, and information processing.
A robotics engineer is a behind the scenes designer who is responsible for creating robots and robotic systems that are able to perform duties that humans are either unable or prefer not to complete for a variety of reasons. Through their creations, a robotics engineer helps to make jobs safer, easier, and more efficient, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
The goal of the Robotics Research Center is to encourage and facilitate fundamental robotics research, both theoretical and experimental. Participants are exploring basic issues in manipulation, mobile robotics, manufacturing, control, motion planning, graphics, and other topics.
SCOPE & IMPORTANCE ICRP 2020
The scope of the conference is to promote quality research and to bring the scientists, engineers and students under one roof to share their research findings with the global experts. It covers the latest development and future perspective relating to robotics and their psychology.
