Welcome to ISPA 2019 - Mostaganem

On behalf of the University Abdelhamid Ibn Badis of Mostaganem and Signals & Systems Laboratory, the organizing committee is delighted to invite you to the 6^th International Conference on Image and Signal Processing and their Applications, ISPA 2019, to be held in Mostaganem, Algeria, from November 24 to 25, 2019.

Join us in this exciting event where industry experts, researchers, and academics share ideas and experiences surrounding frontier technologies, breakthrough and innovative solutions in image and signal processing and their applications. Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers  (4 to 6 pages) in English, in two-columns according to the IEEE format (See IEEE template). Page 1 must hold the title of the paper, the author's name, the affiliation, mailing address, e-mail and abstract with up to five keywords. The double-column simple spaced paper should be submitted in MS-word or PDF format online. If you have any problems submitting the paper, please contact: ispa.conference@univ-mosta.dz.
• Posters should meet the following criteria:
  1. Posters should be no larger than 1m x 1m. Posters larger than these dimensions will exceed the board; it is therefore necessary that the poster adhere to the specified measurements.
  2. The poster should be easily readable at a distance of two metres.

Publication

Registered and presented papers will be published in proceedings that will be indexed on IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their articles for publication as full WoS journal papers (Journals in the 2018 release of JCR, Clarivate Analytics).  Awards will be given to the best papers in two categories: the best oral presentation and the best poster.
