ISFTEH 2023: The 27th annual conference of the International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, May 31-June 2, 2023

The University of Manitoba's College of Rehabilitation Sciences will be hosting the 27th International Conference of the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (ISfTeH) from May 31 to June 2, 2023. The 27^th ISfTeH Annual Conference focuses on the latest telehealth technology developments and scientific achievements toward health and wellness. The goal of ISfTeH-2023 is to bring together thought leaders, innovators, and makers to debate telehealth challenges and showcase new products. On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to welcome you to ISfTeH-2023 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, a fantastic opportunity to network and connect with innovators and top scientists from across the world, eager to embark on future opportunities.

The ISfTeH is a global federation of 45 national professional organizations in the field of Telemedicine and eHealth. In addition, the society has institutional, corporate, and individual members in over 35 countries worldwide. Since its inception 25 years ago, the ISfTeH's mission has been to "facilitate the international dissemination of knowledge and experience in Telemedicine and eHealth and provide access to recognized experts in the field worldwide" as a global partner in digital health with a footprint in over 110 countries and territories.

Submission Guidelines

The inclusion of post-pandemic-related topics is highly encouraged.

• Academic stream
  • Submission Categories
    • Research papers: 5 to 10 pages (including references) (15-min presentation)
    • Posters: 2 pages (including references), poster at the conference
    • Technology demonstrations: 2 pages (including references) demo at the conference (15-min presentation)
    • Panel: 4 pages maximum (including references) (45-60 min)Submissions for panels should include an outline of the objectives of the panel and an overview of the discussion topic. Topics for panels should include an in-depth analysis of an issue or identification of emerging issues in telehealth. Panels should include no more than four presenters. Preference will be given to panels with presenters from multiple countries or perspectives. All speakers on the panel must be listed on the submitted manuscript.

Publication of successful manuscripts

All submitted materials will be reviewed anonymously by at least two reviewers, and successful manuscripts will be published. At least one presenter must be registered for the conference. ISFTEH 2023 proceedings will be published in “Studies in Health and Information Technology and Informatics” open-access ebook series at IOS Press, indexed in Medline (https://www.iospress.com/catalog/book-series/studies-in-health-technology-and-informatics)

The 27^th ISfTeH International Conference is organized by the University of Manitoba's College of Rehabilitation Sciences from May 31 to June 2. The conference will be held in person at The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre (Winnipeg, Canada)
