In the wake of the digital transformation of business and the revival of world economies post-pandemic, the role of marketers has evolved beyond selling products and services. Marketing 5.0 as described by renowned marketing guru and researcher, Prof. Philip Kotler, focuses on how the use of technology in the domain of marketing can help fulfil customer need and wants. Marketing 5.0 proposes a wider scope of marketing where the wellness of society is involved through technological innovations.
Submission Guidelines
- Full papers up to 8000 words (including tables, figures, notes, and references) will only be considered for 'Best Paper Award"
- Extended abstract of the paper should be at most 1000 words (including tables, figures, results and implications)
- Participants can submit up to two papers
- All the submissions will be accepted via "Easy Chair'
Formatting of Paper/extended abstract:
- The full paper/extended abstract must have a short abstract of 100-200 words with three to five keywords.
- All the papers/ extended abstract be submitted in .pdf format.
- Figures, graphs, tables, references, and appendices should follow APA reference style.
- Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, 1-inch (2.5cm) margin all around, and 8.5"x 11"-page setting.
- Papers/extended abstracts that do not follow the above instructions will NOT be reviewed.

Best Paper Award
Full Papers chosen for presentation at the conference will be considered for best paper prizes in addition to the certificate of presentation. Selected articles will get INR 15,000, 10,000, and 7500, respectively, depending on the novelty, rigor, and significance of the research study.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
