IETEC’17 is the fourth conference in the IETEC series and will be held in beautiful Hanoi, Vietnam, between 4-6 December 2017. IETEC’17 brings together a wide range of engineering and technology education stakeholders from around the globe to explore the building of new capacities in engineering and technology education that are essential in creating environmentally and socially sustainable 21st century economies.

Submission Guidelines
The 4th IETEC Conference Committee invites your participation and seeks scholarly paper proposals to identify, reflect on, or respond to, trends, innovations and developments that relate to the global future of engineering and technology education and its stakeholders. We expect papers to offer conference participants a fresh or novel perspective and therefore contain original contributions be they theoretical, experimental or application-focused, or unique reports of experience.
Authors can register their abstratcts now using conference Webpage link (www.ietec.apaqa.org/) (open till 30 May 2017) or directly submit a full paper (by 26 June 2017) via EasyChair. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Publication
All accepted and presented papers will appear in the indexed proceedings published by the conference committee. The proceedings of the conference will be indexed in Thomson Reuters – Conference Proceedings Citation Index similar to IETEC15-BRCEBE conference held in 2015.
In addition, all papers presented at the conference will be considered by the award committee for the Best Paper Awards. The awarded papers and other selected papers will be invited to be published in the special issues of International Journal of Quality Assurance in Engineering and Technology Education (IJQAETE) (http://www.igi-global.com/ijqaete) and other journals as announced on the Conference Website.
Selected papers may also be published in an edited book by IGI GLOBAL provided your contribution is original and that is has neither been published previously nor is currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
All papers must be presented by the author(s) personally to be published in the conference proceedings.

IETEC’17 is the fourth conference in the IETEC series and will be held in beautiful Hanoi, Vietnam. Hanoi is the capital of the socialist republic of Vietnam and a centre for culture, politics and economy of the country. It lies on the bank of Red River in the north centre and still maintains many ancient architecture, including the Old Quarter and over 600 pagodas and temples. Hanoi is a very picturesque city, commonly dubbed as the Paris of the East. With its tree-fringed boulevards, more than two dozen lakes and thousands of French colonial-era buildings, Hanoi is a popular tourist attraction.
