The Tibeto-Burman Linguistics Association of North East India (TiBLANEI), an association of native linguists, community linguists, and scholars of Tibeto-Burman languages of Northeast India is organizing its 1st International Conference focusing on the Tibeto-Burman languages of Northeast India, from 26th-28th June, 2021 at Tezpur University, Assam, India.
Submission Guidelines
TiBLANEI invites originally unpublished papers from linguists and scholars on any topic related to the following areas of research, although not limited to these areas.

Given the prevailing Covid situation, the conference will be conducted in both online and offline mode. If the situation improves substantially to the level where we can meet in person, the conference may go offline.

Abstract Submission (Last Date): 10th May 2021
Notification of Acceptance: 31st May 2021
Submission of full paper: 15th June 2021
Conference dates: 26th-28th June, 2021

Abstracts, in not more than 500 words (excluding examples and references), should be submitted through the Easychair link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ictiblanei1
Abstracts should be anonymous and details like author’s name, affiliation or any other information are to be removed. All Abstracts will be subjected to a review by a team of anonymous reviewers.
Details with regard to registration and plenary speakers will be circulated at a later date.
