We welcome submissions on any topic related to the field of science of science and innovation, broadly defined.
We seek abstracts and papers from researchers across many disciplines from academia, government, as well as the private sector, and we especially welcome submissions from early-career scholars and researchers from under-represented groups.
Travel awards will be available for early career researchers. More information will be announced in the coming weeks.
Submission Guidelines
Please follow the abstract template guidelines for formatting instructions. Note that abstracts should be formatted as a PDF file no larger than 20MB. Submissions that exceed the 2-page limit will be automatically rejected. Please use 12 point font and 1" margins.
Submission should include a title, a list of 3 keywords, and an extended abstract (= main text of the submission). The abstract should outline the main theoretical contribution, data and methods used, findings, and the impact of the work, whichever is relevant. Authors are encouraged to include figures and/or tables in their submission but note that the two-page limit is inclusive of figures and tables.
For your EasyChair submission, you will also need information about authors and their affiliations. Submissions will be non-archival, and thus the presented work can be already published, in preparation for publication elsewhere, or ongoing research. The submission will be selected either for oral presentation or poster presentation sessions.
In order to present, at least one of the authors must register for the conference by the presenter registration deadline of May 1st, 2023.
