Owing to the responsibility in the field of research and technology, THDC-IHET is organizing an International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Smart communication, (ICSC-2019) from20- 21 April 2019. The conference will witness several national, international delegates and researchers sharing their views and new ideas in the field of computing and communication. ICSC 2019 is expected to provide an opportunity for researchers to meet and discuss the latest solutions, scientific results and methods in solving intriguing problems in the fields of computing and communication along with real-world applications. The conference programme will include workshops, special sessions, and tutorials, along with prominent keynote speakers and regular paper presentations in parallel tracks.
