Submission Guidelines

Dear participant,

Conference Organizing Committee ICODIA'25 invites you to submit a paper in English or Turkish. Submissions EasyChair system in Word (*.DOCx) format. Abstracts of Turkish papers should be submitted in both Turkish and English.

To submit your notification, please create an account (username and password) in the EasyChair system by clicking on the following link.

Papers submitted to ICODIA'25 must be original, must not have been published anywhere before and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. In addition, submitted papers cannot be sent to any other scientific event or publisher during the peer review process. Policies on plagiarism and duplicated presentations/publications will be strictly enforced. Paper format, templates and submission instructions can be found at the following links.
