About ICITSEE 2017
Rapid urbanization, industrialization and increase in population is putting lot of stress on environment in various forms like scarcity of water, global warming/climate change, depletion of earth resources. Department of Civil Engineering, Karunya University, Coimbatore, TN, India is organizing 1st International Conference on Innovative Techniques for Sustainable Earth and Environment (ICITSEE-17) during 11th to 13th December 2017. This conference aims to discuss the aspects involved in the management and development of environment, water and earth resources. The conference will deal with related problem recognition, technology options, Policy discussions, implementation and further monitoring and research activities necessary for recuperation. The conference will provide a platform for sharing the exposures and to explore networking opportunities between engineers, scientists, academicians, policy makers, water managers, environmentalists, NGO Personnel & Industrial Professionals.
Submission Guidelines

Preconference Workshop
A preconference workshop on the topic Urban Waste Disposal & Management will be conducted on 11th December, 2017. The resource persons will be from reputed government organizations and policy planners. The topics to be discussed in the pre conference workshop are solid waste management, underground drainage systems, rain water harvesting etc.
