Call for Participation
On behalf of the University of El-oued in Algeria and the ICEAP 2019 committees, conference chairman honored and delighted to welcome your objective interaction for participate to the 7th International Conference on Economics Of Agricultural Production Under The Particularly Agricultural Regions in Algeria and Arabic countries (ICEAP 2019) which will be held in University of El-oued in Algeria. 04-05 march 2019.
The objective problematic of the ICEAP2019
The field of agricultural economics is one of the social sciences that exploits the tools of economic theory and its measurements in evaluating the relations between the inputs and outputs of the agricultural production process. It examines the modeling of the human effort in the agricultural production sector through the exploitation of natural and technical resources economically to obtain the best economic return. Therefore, it draws some of its principles from the behavioral and explanatory hypotheses of the individual and society, in addition to its dependence on the agricultural sciences and tries to rely on the biological scientific facts to extrapolate the technical hypotheses witch relating the variables of the causes of economic phenomena in the agricultural sector with its various dimensions and the possibilities of solving them economically.
In the recent years intensive use of the fast-growing agricultural production techniques spread in its various types and methods (irrigation methods, fertilization, insemination, pollination, air conditioning,…etc) for predomination on the natural limitations of agricultural areas (especially in desert areas) and improve the economic feasibility of production in this areas. However, the effectiveness of such techniques requires certain conditions and characteristics of use to ensure their economic and social efficiency. Because of the different conditions and characteristics (soil quality and roughness, water and soil salinity, climatic characteristics ... etc.) from region to region, internationally and locally, the degree of economic efficiency varied by region and by product. Where many of these techniques in many areas and many agricultural products achieved significant and varied economic returns in agricultural production, and make to their products a competitive advantage after it lacked the natural comparative advantage. However, in terms of the economic welfare of the society (the private effects and external effects of agricultural production), and because of the irrational and unregulated uses of these techniques and their violation of ideal standards, in this case even if it had economic returns to the private agricultural production investor, but its Externally effects: Environmentally, the depletion rates of quality and quantity of many natural resources have increased for this sector. Socially, many agricultural products in these areas have penetrated international health standards, including threatening the health of their consumers. Therefore, the environment and society have bearing the additional costs of the agricultural product in this sector, which threatens the failure of its market locally and internationally.

The conference aims at the base of the society of researchers specialized in the theory of economic production and its applications in the agricultural production sector and the development of its production factors (natural and technical resources) and its diverse products in Algeria and the Arab countries, in particular:
- professors, and academic researchers.
- Economic and agricultural research centers and laboratories.
- Agricultural plantations and vaccination and feeding centers.
- Student researchers, agricultural engineers.
- Suppliers of agricultural production techniques. And investors in the agricultural production sector.
The procedures for arbitrage and its dates
To accept the research at the conference, we will follow a series of steps: In the first step, the researcher selects a clearly defined problem in one of the topics, then prepares a plan that is theoretically integrated and econometrically, and sends it to arbitration. after that the researcher receives the response whether by automatic approval or making necessary adjustments according to the objectives of the scientific and research conference. In the second step, according to these amendments, the researcher will study his/her papers objectively, accurately and comprehensively, and then send it again to arbitration and evaluation. In addition, the researcher will receive a response automatically either by approving or making objective amendments to the study. Here are the final dates for these procedures:
Conference Announcement 01 October 2018
Deadline for submitting a summary of the study 25 November 2018
Acceptance notes Summary of the study 30 November 2015
Deadline for submitting a full paper 30 January 2019
Final acceptance of full paper 20 February 2019
Starting Conference activities 10 March 2019
Closure Conference activities 11 March 2019
Methodological requirements for participation
The process of scientific research of conference's problems depends on of two stages of: Theoretical and exploratory research, and the econometric deductive research as follows:
First, to construct and derive the explanatory hypotheses witch link the studied phenomenon variables related to the economics of agricultural production by relying comprehensively, accurately and objectively on the theory of microeconomics and its hypothetical axioms, which scientifically studies the relationship between the inputs of agricultural production (natural and technical), And its outputs in terms of the quantity and quality of production of the sector. For deduction explanatory hypothesis.
Second, building a suitable econometric model according to these hypotheses links these factors to test how far is achieved in the real agricultural field. Where ideal theoretical assumptions disappear, and the natural characteristics of the studied agricultural areas differ, Which depending on the same technical inputs and their developments.
In this regard, the conference will discuss the economics of agricultural production (potatoes, tomatoes, watermelons, wheat, cotton, olives, sugar beets, dates, citrus, grapes, apples,…etc.) In its various aspects, in Algeria and the Arab countries in their different regions. Nonetheless, the research should be as follows:
- Before participation, should create an electronic account on Platform (www.easychair.ogr).
