Conference Overview
The First International Conference on Applied Generative Artificial Intelligence (ICAGAI 2025) invites researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to present groundbreaking work on the practical applications of generative AI across diverse disciplines. This inaugural conference aims to bridge the gap between theoretical advances in generative AI and their real-world implementation, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
As generative AI technologies continue to evolve rapidly, their transformative potential across various sectors becomes increasingly apparent. ICAGAI 2025 provides a premier platform for sharing innovative applications, discussing implementation challenges, and exploring the future directions of applied generative AI.
Call for Papers
We invite original research papers, case studies, and technical reports that demonstrate novel applications of generative AI technologies. We particularly encourage submissions that address practical challenges, present innovative solutions, or provide empirical evaluations of generative AI systems in real-world contexts.

Virtual Conference Format
ICAGAI 2025 will be held as a fully virtual conference to maximize accessibility and enable participation from researchers and practitioners worldwide. This format removes geographical barriers and allows for broader international engagement with the latest developments in applied generative AI. The virtual setting also supports flexible participation across different time zones and provides opportunities for innovative presentation formats that complement the conference's focus on cutting-edge technology.
To ensure high-quality content delivery and facilitate asynchronous participation for our global audience, all accepted papers will require authors to submit a pre-recorded video presentation. These videos will be hosted in the conference's digital repository, allowing participants to access presentations at their convenience and enabling more thoughtful engagement through follow-up discussions. The video repository will remain accessible to registered participants and authors for an extended period following the conference, creating a lasting resource for the applied generative AI community.
Video Presentation Requirements
All authors of accepted papers must submit a video presentation according to the following specifications:
Duration: Maximum 10 minutes for full papers, 7 minutes for short papers, and 8 minutes for industry case studies and position papers.
