Since the I4.0 Standardization Workshop Series on IACS is aligned to the yearly assembly of the GI Jahrestagung 2020, the 5th IACS Workshop Organizers are glad to provide access to the GI website of the Jahrestagung 2020 that announces
the 50th GI Jahrestagung, from September 28 to October 01 2020, organized by KIT - Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

Since one of the general objectives of the workshop I4.0 ACS WS’20 is also the 50th anniversary of computer science technologies adopted by GI Jahrestagung, the selected main objective of the 5th IACS Workshop is:
‚New I4.0 Technologies for Semantics-based Smart Manufacturing‘
which shall be in accordance to and shall support the development of the Program of Work (PoW) of Standardization Organizations and Technical Committees, such as IEC TC65 ‚Smart Manufacturing’, but also ISO/JTC1 SC27, SC38, SC41, SC42 etc.
