The 2017 GRADNASFLA Systemic Functional Linguistics Symposium, hosted by GRADNASFLA (Graduate North American Systemic Functional Linguistics Association) and the University of Georgia, is the first of its kind and aims to provide networking opportunities and assist in the development of research for graduate students and early career researchers interested in and/or are already engaging with Systemic Functional Linguistics. The symposium will include paper presentations, posters, workshops, and a panel of SFL faculty and practicioners discussing methods for success in the field.
Submission Guidelines
The following categories are welcome:
- Paper Presentations (35 minutes including time for questions)
- Posters (on display during the poster session)
Length of Abstract Submission: no more than 300 words. In addition to the paper presentations and posters, all participants will have opportunities to receive further feedback and develop their research in workshops.
