Call for Posters & Demos
The Posters and Demos session of the 1st Geneva Annual Blockchain Congress aims to complement the congress by providing an opportunity for researchers to present and discuss recent results, on-going research projects and innovative prototypes. The informal setting of the Posters and Demos session encourages presenters and participants to engage in discussions about the presented work. Such discussions can be highly valuable inputs for the work of the presenters, while offering congress participants insights into emerging research issues and trends as well as help initiate collaborations with other researchers and the industry.
We invite submissions relevant to the broad area of Blockchain technologies and Digital Ledger Technologies across all disciplines. Technical posters, reports on software systems, descriptions of completed work, and work in progress are all welcome.
Demonstrations are intended to showcase innovative designs of blockchain based systems and services. All submissions are expected to convey scientific results or work in progress and should not be commercial advertisements.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions of maximum 4 pages long are invited, using the IEEE 2 column format. Papers will be collected in digital proceedings made available online after the event. Submissions should be uploaded to easychair.
All papers will be reviewed by at least two program committee members. To assess papers, the reviewers will judge the originality and potential interest of the submissions. The purpose of the session is to allow sharing of innovative ideas and exchange among participants. Authors should make sure that it is clear how the poster or demo relates to the broad area of blockchain technologies. Authors submitting a demo may include in the paper a pointer to an online demo or video of what is to be presented. They should also make clear what exactly will be demonstrated.
At least one of the authors must participate to present the work at the Posters and Demos Session. Registration and access to the congress will be free for selected authors. Participants will have to print and bing their posters.
